Case 1 A surface-borehole resistivity survey completed for bridge construction

As shown infigure 1, this surface-borehole survey was configured to accurately locate known caves for structural reasons. The operator collected 60k data points in only one hour as a result of how the FlashRES-UNIVERSAL can collect all voltage readings for each combination of current electrodes.

Figure 2 shows that the inversion image obtained from the data set has a low resistivity anomaly on each side of the borehole; two caves were found after drilling holes on both sides of the borehole.
