Caldwell`s 404 tons of steel and 180 working days turned into a wonderful grassroots project that was completed on time, within budget, and with no accidents or injuries. Caldwell`s scope of service included the engineering, material procurement, fabrication, construction, and project management for these two 9,000 ton liquid asphalt storage tanks. In addition to delivering a great product to the owner, all construction aspects of this project met all local and national agencies` construction standards and methods.
