Cupons a la Innovació
PICVISA receives the support of ACCIÓ through the Cupons a la Innovació program. Since November 2017 until July 2018, PICVISA has jointly developed with the Computer Vision Centre (CVC) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) an artificial intelligence system based on deep learning algorithms for waste sorting and recycling.

This work was developed with the support of the Agency for Business Competitiveness (ACCIÓ) of the Government of Catalonia which awarded PICVISA with a R&D grant (file number BOTEC17-1-0059).
