JIMCO’s industrial air cleaning systems use the advanced Photolytic Oxidation Process, which utilizes a combination of UV-C radiation and ozone to treat exhaust air.

How It Works:

Photolysis: UV-C radiation breaks down organic particles (e.g., fat and oil) through photon degradation.
Ozonolysis: Ozone, an unstable natural gas produced by the UV-C lamps, further oxidizes and decomposes organic particles via a process called cold combustion.

The combination of UV-C light and ozone ensures effective air purification, where UV-C light breaks down organic particles, making it easier for ozone to decompose them.
