Challenge
Essco Labs needed to perform uniformity surveys in temperature equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and climate-controlled storage rooms. They also needed data loggers to provide validation of calibrations they performed on pharmaceutical equipment.

Solution
Using MadgeTech’s HiTemp140 data loggers instead of thermocouple wires has greatly reduced the setup time while also increasing Essco Labs test accuracy ratio of the calibration for their customers. MadgeTech’s software interface allows Essco Labs to provide the data within 24 hours which aid in compliance with their internal validation requirements and other procedures.
