How to Make a Solar Panel?

Today, I will describe to you how solar panels made in our factory in modern factory. You can see the machine is press the solar cells automatically and almost there is no workers there. Here is the modern solar panel production processes as follows:

Step 1–Preparing Aluminum Frame

In our factory, we make international standard size aluminum frame for solar panels, and we produce the solar panel’s output power from 3w to 300w, if you would like to know what is the standard size of the solar panels, you can check our solar panels available specification , we listed all the available standard size solar panels frame size.

Step 2–Assembling solar cells

Many mono solar panels are assembled by 156mm X 156mm solar cells, and assembled by workers, now in our factory, we use modern machine to assemble the solar cells automatically. Please check our machine assembling video as follows:

Step 3–Connecting each solar cells together by wire

We use aluminum to connect each solar cell and the outlook is very clean. In addition, the connection is very good and can transport the electricity in high effiency.

Step 4–Assembling the connection box on the back of the solar panels
