Intelligent Insertion Type Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Intelligent insertion type electromagnetic flowmeter is a kind of flowmeter applying Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. On the basis of the innovation of electromagnetic flowmeter, the sensor is innovatively designed according to the principle of “Topper Transformation”. The traditional two-electrode structure is transformed into a single-electrode structure to deal with the other electrode as a virtual electrode. The structure of the sensor adopts a single electrode and divides the coil into two sides of the electrode to control the distribution trend of the magnetic lines of force, so as to realize a highly stable, reliable and high-precision measurement, and at the same time, make the sensor's sealing space is extended.

Electromagnetic flowmeter is based on the “Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction” application innovation, according to the “topological transformation” principle of the innovative design of the sensor. The traditional two-electrode structure is transformed into a single-electrode structure, i.e., the other electrode is used as a virtual electrode. By controlling the excitation current and coil distribution position, the magnetic field generated by it is stably distributed around the real electrode, and the magnetic field strength at the virtual electrode is made to be approximately zero, so that the induced electromotive force is so small that it can be neglected, thus leaving only one electrode.

In the electrode due to the use of a single electrode double coil, by controlling the excitation signal and the angle of the magnetic line emission so that the density of the magnetic line distribution is not affected by external conditions such as pipe material, pipe diameter, insertion depth, etc., to ensure the stability of the effective magnetic field, thus greatly improving the measurement accuracy.

In the national economy in various industries in the production of ordinary conductive liquids and strong acids and strong alkalis and other highly corrosive liquids and mud, slurry, pulp and other uniform liquid-solid two-phase floating liquids need to carry out accurate flow measurement. However, in the past, the commonly used vortex, impeller, vortex, ultrasonic flowmeter or due to low measurement accuracy or due to expensive or because it can not adapt to harsh environments and other factors can not be used by users. In recent years, electromagnetic flowmeter with its high precision, good seismic resistance, corrosion resistance and other advantages stand out, intelligent insertion electromagnetic flowmeter compared with ordinary electromagnetic flowmeter due to the use of a single electrode structure so that the sensor can be used to do a very small range of sealing points to make the reliability of the reduction to enhance the quality of assurance.
