We have partnered up with Plant For The Planet out of Germany and together planted over 600,000 trees from July to December 2021, we aim to plant minimum 20 Million Trees Inside Bosawas and provide our 6,000 families with a means to clean renewable electricity and to start generating a livelihood from regenerative agriculture based on landscape restoration.

In the BOSAWAS alone, we are able and have the potential to plant in excess of 2 Billion Trees as we have over 660,000 Hectares of destroyed terrain inside the Bosawas that equates to one third of total terrain destroyed that we/ the people of the Bosawas would like to see restored.

We have the land, we have the manpower, we just need your financial support to get the job done) serious environmental and social degradation: more than 600,000ha have been cleared since the creation of the reserve in 1987.

We are exclusively contracted by the indigenous communities governing body (APDECOMEBO) to restore the Bosawas Biosphere back to good health starting with our signed contract for 31,000 hectares, this will facilitate the planting of the first 400 Million Trees (made up of Tropical Indigenous Trees, Fruit Trees, Castor Trees, Coffee Trees & Cacao Trees all planted together as per our standard regenerative structuring).

The Bosawas Biosphere Reserve is one of the largest contiguous forest in Latin America. It is the 2nd largest Biosphere in the world next to the Amazon. It is a rich landscape with 21 different ecosystem types and is home to 13% of known species worldwide. There are numerous rare and endangered animals like Jaguars, Giant Anteaters, Baird’s Tapir, and more than 200,000 species of insect.

The reserve stretches across the Nicaraguan-Honduran border and is an integral part of the Mesoamerican Biological corridor – which connects 8 countries and provides free movement for biodiversity.

Over the past 10 years, the Ecopower team ( www.Rainforest-Reliance.org )have been developing biofuel from Castor bean (Ricinus Communis). This offers the potential to provide locally produced energy for local communities while preventing further degradation of rainforests. Thus, tackling the UN SDG 7 – “Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all”.

Intercropping castor bean with food production makes efficient use of land resources and acting as pioneer trees, castor grows fast and plays a vital role in providing protection during the establishment of indigenous tropical trees.

Castor pioneer trees stabilize soil, improve soil aeration, prevent erosion provide organic matter/nutrients, give canopy and shade, which enables understory tropical indigenous plants to become established.

We enter into a 10-year partnership/renewable contract with each individual family. We treat our families as the most important piece to the puzzle of tackling global warming and restoring our planet back to health, as without their cooperation we do not stand a chance.

Each parcel of land is GPS marked and one is able to monitor the progress via satellite and each farm inspected regularly, along with regular audits, close up photos and are matched with individual signed contracts pertaining to each regenerated parcel of land.

Our people are able to provide land, manpower and the maintenance necessary to ensure our planets survival.

(APART from the Bosawas Biosphere in Nicaragua we to work in the Patuca Indigenous Reserve in Honduras that can facilitate more than 2 BILLION TREES as there is more degradation in the Patuca Reserve than in the Bosawas, both these reserves border each other so technically we are able to plant in excess than 4 BILLION TREES in this zone alone.

Following this we have both the Tawahaka Indigenous Reserve and the Rio Platano Reserves that too border the Bosawas and the Patuca Reserves stretching to the Atlantic Coast, hence we are talking about the potential to plant close to 10 BILLION TREES in this special Mesoamerican Biological corridor – which connects 8 and provides free movement for biodiversity.

(This is the 2nd largest Biosphere in the Americas next to the Amazon. We are the only organization operating in this region and have been since end 2016.)

Our projects / business model can be implemented in up to 80 countries all within the Tropic of Cancer and The Tropic of Capricorn. The world currently cultivates 2.1 billion hectares of arable land used for food production, the world has access to 5.6 billion hectares of non-arable land not used in food production.

Technically in theory, if we the world where to farm 1.1 billion hectares (only 20%)of non-arable nonproductive land that is accessible with our proprietary castor strains then we technically would produce our worlds total daily fuel consumption requirement via a green renewable method, along with transforming this land into arable food producing land hence at the same time producing additional food to sustain an additional 3 billion people, thus eliminating world hunger.

We have aligned with Plant For The Planet .org and the Trillion Tree Campaign, together with Commonland as the United nations decade on climate change aims to recuperate 100 million hectares by 2030 of destroyed rain forest and up to 350 million hectares by 2040.

If we piggybacked on this initiative and implemented our (Castor) we would in fact produce 10% to 35% of the world’s energy using sustainable ways at the same time produce 17% more food thus eliminating the 11% deficit and essentially eliminate world hunger all whilst replenishing our destroyed rain forests and ecosystems.

Our I.P. captures and reduces over 21 tones carbon per hectare per year and combined with the production of biodiesel supplementing fossil diesel will in total reduce co2 emissions by 100 tCO2e per hectare of land, per year when taking into account the amount of combustible 1 hectare produces per year.

The world produces/emits 36 Billion Tons carbon monoxide pollution per year, with our Intellectual Property and business model in theory have the potential only concentrating on 100 million to 350 million hectares of regenerated terrain in conjunction with Commonland & The 4 Returns Program, this would give you access to 10% up to 35% of the world’s energy annually in a renewable non-toxic form via regenerative agriculture.
