Project - Cleanroom Hatch Cabinet

Provide a hatch cabinet to pass object between rooms while meeting the cleanroom environment criteria. Design and manufacture a stainless steel positive-pressure cabinet with removable shelves.

Our client is a high-tech company. For this project, they wanted to transfer objects from one work environment to a cleanroom without contamination. In collaboration with the client, Carbonneau Group developed a positive-pressure cabinet, a retention pond and interlocking doors allowing the opening of one complete closure without the other. A sealed window provides a view inside the cabinet to see if it contains any parts.
