Single-Fan Dust Collector Application

This dust collector application called for a highly-customized high-pressure blower. The specification included custom housing and impeller design for a range of static, dynamic, and thermal loads of operation.

The design needed to hit tight performance requirements using just one fan instead of the more typical multistage positive displacement (PD) blowers. Our new highly custom line of high-pressure blowers allowed us to meet the specifications, solve for fixed speed requirements, and achieve higher efficiency at peak.

Our high-pressure blower line added seven core designs for both shrouded and open models for variable volume and a broad range of applications.
