Static electricity brought under control

Challenge: Protecting people and sensitive electronic devices against problems caused by static electricity.

Solution: VTT and Panipol developed together a new conductive coating material, Panstat-W. This water-based, conductive polyaniline dispersion can be used for manufacturing inks, coating substances and pigments used for protecting electronic equipment.

Key benefits: Coating systems containing Panstat-W have good conductivity properties, even as very thin layers and with low polyaniline amounts. The coatings are highly competitive in terms of price. Several Panipol Ltd`s customers have already introduced products based on this innovation to the market.
