Ocean Yearbook
The International Ocean Institute`s major publication is The Ocean Yearbook, since 1978, and originally under the senior editorship of the late Professor Elisabeth Mann Borgese, is a collaborative initiative of the IOI in Malta and the Marine & Environmental Law Institute (www.dal.ca/law/MELAW) and published by Brill Nijhoff Publishers at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada. The Ocean Yearbook presents leading-edge articles, reports and reference materials devoted to the issues and concerns affecting the world’s oceans. Devoted to assessing the state of the ocean and coastal governance, knowledge, and management, the Ocean Yearbook provides information in one convenient resource. The objectives of the Ocean Yearbook include encouraging emerging young scholars and fostering contributions from developing countries.
