This software, created from our extensive experience in the brewing industry, provides a modern control system for medium to large sized breweries. FactoryTalk Brew controls all aspects of brewing, from grains-handling to brite beer and provides improved sequence control, consistent quality and reduced waste. FactoryTalk Brew can find those opportunities to shorten your brew centres. More brews per day can save labour and help find additional capacity. Brew.0 is a fit-for-size, simple and extremely reliable process control system made with the craft brewer in mind. This software is a reliable process control system that makes the brewing process consistent to achieve consistent quality. Brew.0 is a customizable solution to allow the brewer to access their recipes and equipment – all through the ease of a tablet or smartphone. Brew.0 is scalable, and can grow with the brewery when output is growing. Whether just starting with data collection and reporting visibility, a fully-automated process, or somewhere in between, Brew.0 allows for seamless expansion and additional automation in the future.

Meridian BrewSight is a comprehensive reporting module that can be added to any brewing system. BrewSight reports provide brewers with web-based brew reports that can be accessed from any device, anywhere. It uses exception-based reporting via email, meaning that if there are process deviations, users are informed immediately. Actemium knows what brewers need. The Meridian BrewSight reporting module allows brewers to monitor and react to their brewery from a desktop computer or mobile device. It provides the brewer with access to batch reports for any past batch or batch-in-progress. Using Rockwell Automation’s FactoryTalk® Historian, BrewSight’s reporting system detects deviations, highlights them in the report, and then sends an email with the deviation details. Meridian BrewSight keeps brewers in control of their brewhouse.
