For more than 10 years Agronomix Software has helped clients access their plant breeding and variety testing data anywhere in the world through virtual environments. Our team will partner with you to discuss and examine the scope of your project with an aim of gaining a clear understanding of the regions from where Genovix users will need access and the number of users who will need access to Genovix concurrently. Cloud Deployment Service

We can host your data with our software on the cloud – highly secure, global access, always backed up – no worries. Some of our users have experienced hardware failures wherein months of data have been lost. In a few cases, incredibly, the responsible IT staff did no backups for weeks or months, with serious consequences. In other cases, client IT response has been slow, with users waiting weeks or months for an update for our software. Others compared the costs of outsourcing their IT and discovered that our costs are less. Since we know our software and all the requirements best, we can do the tasks faster and more reliably.

Software Implementation Service

Implementation is foundational for the effective use of any software. We develop a unique, customized implementation plan for every new client.

Technical Support Service

We provide timely, comprehensive technical support for our software. Our support staff includes two PhDs in plant breeding. We take technical support seriously, since our software is typically "mission critical" for our clients. We endeavour to respond as soon as possible, often within hours based on 9am to 5 pm CST in Canada. For clients many time zones removed, when available, our staff will reply outside of those hours. An office in France assists in the service needs as well as support for our web site and tutorial access. In addition to emails and phone calls, support often involves a web session to understand precisely the issue and find a solution as soon as possible for the client.
