Bringing Galileo™ ONE into your lab enables cutting-edge infectious disease research without the need for an in-house bioinformatician or mNGS library preparation expertise. Galileo ONE offers unbiased sequencing and analysis direct from low biomass samples such as plasma. It detects and quantifies over 6,000 microorganisms across 800 species without the need for targeted primers/probes.

Unlike targeted nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs), Galileo ONE eliminates the enrichment step which means you get your answer sooner. Galileo ONE takes a broad approach to microbial identification so you get far greater taxonomic resolution compared to culture. Our RUO product can be customized to fit the needs of your lab and identify your unique lab-ome, letting you focus on the results that matter.

At Arc Bio, we believe that metagenomics has exciting applications in both established (e.g., infectious disease) and emerging (e.g., onco-microbiome)  research areas. That is why we offer a full suite of bespoke wet lab and dry lab services that enables our partners to augment their existing capabilities and/or deploy their own metagenomics workflows in-house. Our platform generates quantitative microbial signatures of bacteria, fungi, DNA/RNA viruses, and protozoa from a range of sample types.
