The variable-rate fertilization module for wheat is based on a model developed by INTA that has been incorporated into Auravant. It allows for nitrogen need diagnose and generation of a variable-rate prescription that maximizes the efficiency of the nutrient in each hectare, leading to input savings and less environmental impact.

The variable-rate fertilization module for corn allows to maximize efficiency in nitrogen use in an easy way, leading to input savings and a lower environmental impact due to fertilization. This model uses nitrogen rich strips as benchmark and satellite imagery to determine the optimal rate of nitrogen to achieve the desired yield in each part of the field.

At the moment, we are working in the launch of a module to determine hidroligical needs of many crops. This product will provide an estimate of the crop’s evapotranspiration based on factors such as weather and radiation that will allow to optimize irrigation management. In this way, it will only recommend to irrigate the exact amount needed by the crop, resulting in an efficient and sustainable use of the most valuable life resource: water.
