The “S” type spirals technologically represent the best of what the market can offer regarding quality, accuracy, sturdiness and durability. They are obtained through cold working by a patented process which reduces taper and increases the mechanical characteristics of the material.

The “R” type spirals are a combination of reliability in use, quickness in assembly and economization. The “price-quality” ratio is very interesting for normal use. These spirals are available in store, ready for delivery. The "price-quality" ratio is quite attractive for normal uses. These continuos spirals are available in stock for immediate delivery.

The Bertuzzo flexible spirals guarantee great flexibility, torsion resistance and perfect functioning of the curves. Moreover they are available in a wide range of dimensions and with three different profiles (Flat, Round, Square). They are particularly suitable for use in poultry and dosing plants, for conveying granulated plastics and for all conveying needs.

Cold pressed spiral obtained through presswork, combine precision and mounting facility with durability and service wear resistance. They can be available with circular, toothed and beveled outer profile etc…; as per drawing or upon request of the customer.

Bertuzzo Srl manufactures finished horizontal augers, such as continuous augers or segment-forged screws, both cylindrical and conical, and complete shafts.

In each vertical screw auger, the contact base and flange fixation with the reducer are processed using dedicated machine tools. This step ensures impeccable centering, precise coupling, and perfect flatness between the contacting parts. Additionally, the holes required for knife mounting are custom-made, meeting the user`s specific requirements.
