Waste to Energy Services
BIC Group plant thermally treat non-recyclable waste streams and convert generated thermal energy into usable energy carriers. Hot air, hot pressurized water, steam, thermal fluid and electric power or any combination of these are possible. This way such a plant become a source of renewable energy. We have recently built plant where 2,5 tonnes per hour of halogenated industrial waste co-generate 1200 kW of electric power and 8000 kW of heat power, yielding more than 70% energy recovery efficiency.
Manufacturing Services
From Engineering: The plant is drawn in 3D from which manufacturing drawings are extracted. The client receives our proposed lay out in 3D along with the offer. This way, during negotiations, the lay out offers maximum insight to the client and can be easily optimized. To manufacturing: We outsource steel fabrication to carefully selected workshops, as close as posible to the construction site. This reduces logistic problems and ensures that the client can rely on local support for after-sales service.
Automation Services
BIC Group plant feature the latest in industrial automation by PLC/PC so that the plant can be run with a minimum of human intervention and maximum control, monitoring and logging. The field signals are transmitted across a TCP/IP field network for a maximum transparancy and easy integration into commonly used professional data processing systems and web browsing for remote acces. The plant has twinned control PC’s, one in the field and one in a control room for full data redundancy and to enable the creation of different levels of acces to control systems and data.
