PROVI ENERGY is the tool you need to visualise your process. Based on DWA-A 216, characteristic values are calculated and potential savings are identified. PROVI ENERGY is structured in such a way that you can enter your system step by step, from the rough analysis to the detailed analysis and right down to the process details. If you want to go into even more detail, you can use PROVI INTERPRET to analyse the progression of individual measured values and identify where system components or machines are not running effectively.

AQUA DESIGNER is the planning software for the dimensioning of all treatment stages of a wastewater treatment plant, from pre-treatment to biology and sludge treatment. You can choose from the usual practical variants in terms of design approach, process and construction. Planning is supported by many additional functions. As a result, AQUA DESIGNER provides comprehensive documentation for the approvable design with structures, machines, operating costs and true-to-scale drawings, as well as detailed information on load cases, oxygen yield value, sink line, pipework or mass and buoyancy calculations. AQUA DESIGNER is used worldwide for the planning of new plants and for the expansion and modernisation of existing wastewater treatment plants. The application is available in many different languages.

AQUA and BIO PROVI 7.0 - the process control and remote control system from BITControl - is used for the monitoring, operation and optimisation of wastewater treatment plants, water supply systems and biogas plants. Thanks to its modular design and the use of standard hardware and software components, PROVI is also economical for small plants. AQUA and BIO PROVI are based on the VISIWIN industrial visualisation tools. With VISIWIN, we have access to a large team of developers and a huge toolbox ranging from the driver family to visualisation. Powerful developer tools offer a wide range of options for realisation with maximum flexibility and performance.

Daily, monthly and annual reports are created in MS Excel at the touch of a button via a simple user interface, documenting the operating process, operating results and special events. The data from the manual input (laboratory values, meter readings, etc.) and the online data are processed accordingly and written to an Excel template. The system-specific and organisational requirements of the client are taken into account when creating the reports. For the wastewater side, AQUA REPORT primarily takes into account the requirements from the self-monitoring of the federal states as well as the specifications from DWA M260 (for larger plants). The reports are clearly structured, contain statistical analyses, provide a quick overview and support the operator in his obligation to provide evidence. A large number of biogas plants work with the BIO REPORT reporting system. Here, too, there are industry-specific requirements and the report templates are agreed with the operator.

PROVI SERVICE is a tool for organising and documenting maintenance work that has been designed in collaboration with our customers for day-to-day system operation. PROVI SERVICE takes into account all levels of efficient maintenance organisation: All of an operator`s systems are created centrally. The operating resources of each system are mapped in a clear structure and equipped with maintenance counters, machine cards, supplier data and technical documentation. PROVI SERVICE offers the option of attaching files directly to the equipment and maintenance counters. This allows you to assign all information such as operating instructions, spare parts lists or correspondence to individual machines, so that you can find them again.

Organise your documents for technical plants centrally with PROVI ONLINE. From occupational safety to technical information, all documents are available from anywhere via secure access and can be maintained in a central location. With PROVI ONLINE, you can always keep an eye on your favourites, see amended documents and pending approvals. Intuitive operation facilitates project work with many participants. An optional link to the control system takes you directly from the machine symbol on the process screen to the relevant operating instructions.

Plant operators are responsible for backing up and archiving process, analysis and report data. The control of data backup can be lost during operation and there is a risk of data loss. This can have simple causes, such as forgetting to change the data storage medium. If there is a fire or theft, the host computer with the data backup is lost.
