The plates are obtained from heat-treated rolled steel in thickness 30mm. 40mm. 50mm. 60mm. 70mm. 

The bars are made in special steel and they present many advantages if compared to bars made using manganese steel material.Our bars don’t endure deformations, in phase of maintenance can easy be extracted from the grates without using the oxygen flame. The steel offers greater toughness and wear resistance.

CO.DI.TRA produces hardened alloy hammers. The conventional hammers produced using Manganese steel have good ductility, but these cannot develop higher hardness under normal working conditions. The result is a faster wear. We have studied different type of alloy steels according to the exigencies. Using proprietary heat treatments process we can obtain hammers with whole core hardness or softer hardness near the bore and harder impact working part. The best compromise  is achieved by suitable heat treatment of hammers in order to ensure adequate ductility.

“The Bridge crane” is sure one of the most diffuse apparatuses of lifting and transport in the industrial field. We cannot think to a steel plant, or raw material park or cement plants without bridge cranes.  Independently from the dimensions of bridge crane the efficiency and duration of wheels must be emphasized.The bridge crane wheels  constitute an element of fundamental importance. They must assure not only the maneuverability but guarantee a high degree of reliability and efficiency in the time.

The blades are produced using pre-heated rolled steel plates in different thickness obtained from ingots vacuum degassed with particular chemical analyse.The blades in different thickness are produced by laser, plasma and oxy-cutting, CNC machined hardened and tempered in modern furnaces and ground to the required tolerances.Same working process is used to produce spacers and hooked scrapers.

Thanks to the modern oxy-cutting machines and heat treatment furnaces we can supply pre-cut particular in different shapes, dimensions and thickness. The acquired experience allow us to suggest more suitable type of steel according to  the employs and the relative heat treatments.
