The DC-Bearing program is used to perform the general ground failure verification for rectangular, circular and strip foundations for horizontal and inclined ground surface conditions with a multi-layered soil structure in the horizontal direction. The available calculation methods are either in accordance with the relevant standard or Terzaghi or Brinch Hansen. Different construction stages can be considered in the calculation as excavation stages with slopes.

The DC-Settle program is used to calculate settlements for any number of load application areas with mutual influence upon each other using the stiffness modulus method. The subsoil can be defined via bore points. The stratification between the points is interpolated. The settlement progression can be displayed both in sections and over the surface with contour lines or colour gradients.

The DC-Footing program is used to perform the foundation engineering verifications overturning, sliding, ground failure, soil pressure and settlement for several types of footings with horizontal and inclined ground surfaces and with a multi-layer soil structure. Different construction states can be considered in the calculation as excavation stages with slopes. The reinforced concrete design of the footings includes bending, shear force, punching shear and sleeve design.

The DC-Pylon Footing program comprises the calculation of fixed block and pylon footings in accordance with the method by Steckner. The calculation includes the serviceability and stability verifications.

The add-on option DCBORE-SL3 is used to prepare layer specifications in accordance with DIN 4022 Part 3.

The DCBORE program can be used to represent borehole profiles as well as well and gauge instrumentation according to relevant standards and create layer specifications (bore logs). Furthermore, in combination with the add-on options, the program allows the representation of standard penetration tests (SPT) and the determination of the extraction rate of borehole heat exchangers.

The add-on option DCBORE-LS is used to prepare layer specifications in accordance with DIN 4022 p. 1 and EN ISO 22 475-1.

The add-on option DCBORE-LS2 is used to prepare layer specifications in accordance with DIN 4022 Part 2.

The add-on option DCBORE-SL3 is used to prepare layer specifications in accordance with DIN 4022 Part 3.

With the additional DCBOHR data logger option, any values can be displayed as a line or bar diagram.
