In the summer of 2019, Dordtech has realized 2 projects in Limburg, where 2 new CHP installations have been supplied for greenhouses. Systems have also been equipped with the newest fully integrated Dordtech exhaust gas cleaner. These Siemens high efficient 2 MWe engines are the first CHP’s in The Netherlands for a greenhouse application.   

With the Sensation project Dordtech realized the complete exchange of 2x 1 MWe Combined Heat and Power (CHP) installations for a greenhouse in Tuil.

In 2016 Dordtech has supplied and installed a Guascor Energy combined heat and power (CHP) with a 1,2 MWe capacity.

This 1,0 MWe Biogas Combine Heat and Power (CHP) installation, inclusive dump cooling and ventilation of the engine room, has been engineered, supplied and installed in close cooperation with Biogas Plus Systems B.V.

For our client in Groot-Ammers, a vapor processing installation is supplied that runs on vapor of a petrol distribution station. Instead of having an impact on the environment by just being released into the air, the hazardous vapors are transferred into electrical power, avoiding costs procuring these.

In December 2019 Dordtech has finalized and delivered a project for a containerized 1MWe biogas CHP system in Tel Yosef. This is one of the first large capacity biogas CHP installations for biogas in Israel.

For our client in Birmingham we are working on an installation with direct port injection running on synthetic gas. With direct port injection of the gas into the combusting chamber of the engine, we expect to increase the efficiency of the synthetic gas with 5 to 10%. High temperature gas is injected after closure of the gas valve and with longer combusting time. This is resulting is prevention of loss of valuable gas and will have high combustion ratio’s.
