ELF Industrial specializes in the design and manufacture of heavy-duty pellet mills tailored for versatile material processing applications. With models capable of handling capacities ranging from 100kg to 800kg per hour, these machines cater to various processing needs. ELF`s control panels are crafted in compliance with global standards, with systems in Europe and the UK CE certified and North American units offering CSA or UL certification. These pellet mills are suitable for converting materials such as wood, paper, cardboard, wool, alfalfa, straw, hops, hemp, waste, fertilizer, and animal feed into pellets. Available in four different sizes, ELF`s machines also include both low and high-temperature processing options, ensuring adaptability across numerous applications.

2.2kw (3 hp) 3 Phase hydraulic press with Siemens high efficiency electric motor. Hopper volume 0.6 m3 (21 cu ft). Fill and leave auto shut off system CE/UL/CSA Certification. Stepped feed system for clog free operation. Briquettes are ideal for burning in any fireplace or stove gasifier etc. No binders necessary. Briquette heating value of 15 to 18 MJ/kg. (643 –770 BTU/lb). Briquette diameter 6.2cm (2.45 inches). Feed stock moisture range required 8 – 15%. Feed stock size 1.5cm (0.6 inches) and under. Low maintenance and operator requirements.

BR 100 – 150 range of briquetting presses are manufactured to the highest standards. They are designed for medium to large plants with one-shift or multi-shift operation.

H0P range of vertical (hammer) mills. Hops cones are milled by beater bars in high speed rotation. A purpose built screens allow the material to pass by once they are the right size. Designed to reduce friction of typical hammer mills so virtually no heat build up.  

HG range of vertical (hammer) mills. Our 11 - 22kw vertical hammer mills are ideal for grinding grains, wood waste etc. for processing prior to pelletizing. Units come with screen options and product removal option (air removal or bottom discharge).
