Hardware
EpiSensor - Model ZDR - Demand Response Controller
EpiSensor’s ZDR is an all-in-one solution for large-scale Demand Side Response programs. Built on EpiSensor’s hardened Industrial IoT platform, it meets the highest standards of accuracy, reliability and security, with a consumer-class user experience that’s easy to install, configure and maintain. ZDR includes a reliable mains power supply, 3-phase metering, 4-channel under frequency relay functionality, 4-20mA analogue inputs, pulse inputs, a front panel user interface, and ZigBee wireless mesh networking – all housed in a water and dust proof enclosure suitable for harsh industrial environments. Note: ZDR must be installed by a qualified electrician.
EpiSensor - Model ZEM - Wireless Electricity Monitor
EpiSensor’s ZEM is a highly accurate wireless 3-phase electricity monitor. It can monitor energy consumption patterns in equipment and buildings remotely via the EpiSensor Gateway, providing facility and energy managers with targeted energy consumption information essential for increasing efficiency. The ZEM-63 can be configured with a range of CTs and Rogowski coil options to measure currents from 0.1A to 3kA per phase. More detail on CT options is available in the product datasheet. Note: the ZEM-63 must be installed by a qualified electrician.
EpiSensor - Model ZIO/ZVO - Wireless Analogue Signal Sensor
The EpiSensor analogue signal sensor (ZIO/ZVO) is a rugged, mains-powered sensor used to monitor flow rates, pressure levels, pH or any other energy related output which uses the industry standard 4-20mA current loop or 0-10V signal. It has a reliable on-board mains power supply and secure wireless ZigBee® mesh communications for easy installation and minimum disruption to normal operations. The unit is housed in a waterproof polycarbonate enclosure and has a wireless range of up to 300m outdoors. Note: this product must be installed by a qualified electrician.
EpiSensor - Model ZPC/ZDI - Wireless Digital Signal Sensor
The Wireless Digital Signal Sensor (ZPC/ZDI) is a digital signal sensor used to count pulses produced by mechanical or electrical meters. These pulses usually represent a volume of liquid, gas, or electricity consumed. The number of pulses counted in a particular time period is recorded and sent to EpiSensor Gateway at a configurable interval.
