Technical Manuals are supplied with every filter or filtration system which includes : Operating Instructions, Equipment Set-up and Adjustment, Preventative Maintenance Schedules, Component Operator Manuals, Pump Curves (where applicable), Blower Curves (where applicable), Recommended Spare Parts List, Engineering Drawings.

Filtertech has complete cross-referenced lists of spare parts for all equipment and systems sold. Filtertech"s trained staff will also help you select the correct filter media for your specific application to provide the most efficient solids removal while minimizing consumable costs.

As a manufacturer of a complete line of gravity, vacuum, pressure and sludge filters, it is critical that the proper media is used to allow effective operation. To ensure maximum performance of our filters as well as other media-type filters, Filtertech offers a comprehensive selection of high-quality disposable filter medias to meet the needs of a wide range of process liquid clarification applications. Filtertech"s extensive line of filter medias include dual layer lofts, both multi-layer and spunbonded polypropylenes, flat and point bonded polyesters, rayons and polyester cellulose products. All products are available in a wide range of standard densities, widths and roll lengths as well as custom dimensions to fit your particular filter.

Filtertech offers as a service to our customers a preventative maintenance program to insure that our Filtertech equipment is operating to design specifications. Many of our customers find that they no longer have the process and maintenance staff to handle the required preventative maintenance on their plant equipment.

With each filtration system Filtertech offers Start-up Service Support with a qualified service technician. This service is standard with many systems and is available at a nominal cost for all other systems. The field service technician provides installation troubleshooting, operator training, start-up and flow balancing of the system. Please schedule start-up service at least 3-weeks prior to start-up to insure availability of service technician.
