The facilities in Hudson, WI are the most comprehensive of the Group with over 20 different membrane filtration pilot plants. The range of sizes available enables the handling of a few liters up to hundreds of liters of product per test. The accompanying laboratory is fully equipped with the latest instruments for product quality analysis.

GEA Filtration has an extensive fleet of pilot plants available under short-term rental contracts. Minimize your investment in product development or process validation by taking advantage of the large pool of standard pilot plants available for lease. Every standard model of GEA Filtration pilot plant offered for purchase is also represented in the rental fleet and available for lease on a first come, first served basis. The collection of rental pilot plants also consists of several customized designs for more unique requirements.
