Engineering and application support is one of Ham-Let’s key services. Contact your local dealer or directly with Ham-Let’s Customer Service and get the appropriate engineering contact to assist you with the optimization of your application.

Let us take care of your components stock and deliveries. Stock management and consignment agreements are provided to key customers as part of Ham-Let’s Customer Service.

Ham-Let’s products are fully traceable down to the raw material “Heat Code”. Raw material test certificates are available upon request. Other test reports and quality certifications are available in the web site or upon request. Our quality system is your permanent representative on the production floor.

CAD models, in 5 different formats (dxf, dwg, step, parasolid - x_t, igs) are available for all of Ham-Let’s standard products. Contact your local dealer for a CD or download directly from the web site. Customer’s product drawings and special products CAD models are available upon request.
