Available in 2″-24″ and custom sized models.  Type WF strainers employ a single, stationary screen to remove solids as they flow through the screen.  Cleaning of the Type WF is accomplished by removing the screen while the system is NOT under pressure. Type “WF” strainers can be installed in either horizontal or vertical positions and are available with the following connections:  Buttwelded, Flat Face Flanges, Ring Joint Flanges, and Raised Face Flanges.

Available in 2″, 2 1/2″, and 3″ models.  The “AH” Hellan Manual Strainers employ a single handwheel equiped rotating screen and a rigid scraper bar to remove solids from the surface area of the screen when the handwheel is rotated.  A solids collecting sump is also provided. Cleaning of the type “AH” is accomplished by opening a valve on the sump flush connection and rotating the handwheel several times.  The cleaning cycle must be performed while the strainer is under positive pressure.  Type “AH” strainers are preferably installed in the vertical down-flow position as illustrated.

Available in 1 1/2″, 2″, 2 1/2″, and 3″ models.  The “TSH” Hellan Manual Strainers employ a single handwheel equiped rotating screen and a rigid scraper bar to remove solids from the surface area of the screen when the handwheel is rotated.  A solids collecting sump is also provided.

Available in 2″-40″ and custom sized models.  Type WW strainers employ a single, stationary screen to remove solids as they flow through the screen.  A solids collecting sump is also provided. Cleaning of the Type WW is accomplished by removing the screen while the system is NOT under pressure.
