The model 835 free chlorine sensor is accurate, rugged, and self-cleaning. The quick-union sensor is recommended for difficult applications which require frequent removal of the sensor for calibration, cleaning or QC checks. The true-union-style threaded fitting locks in the sensor for extra safety and easy removal. The model 835 sensor is a universal version offered in an easy-to-install configuration for insertion or submersion applications.

Measuring Total and Free Available Chlorine levels down to 0.02 ppm without reagents or the need for mixing, IC Controls 875-25 and 876-25 analyzers provide accurate chlorine measurement at low operating costs. The unique galvanic measuring cell improves upon amperometric or polarographic approaches by providing a “true zero” measurement – when chlorine is zero, output from the sensor is also zero thereby reducing error. The 875-25 model measures chlorine directly via the galvanic sensor.  This sensor incorporates a membrane through which free available chlorine migrates from the process so it can be measured. Building upon the 875-25 configuration, the 876-25 adds pH measurement in order to compensate the chlorine reading for fluctuating pH levels where this is a factor.

The 602 pH sensor is constructed from PVC, with the sensor fully encapsulated for outstanding reliability on submersion applications. It mounts on a ¾ inch NPT thread in the end of a 1 inch support pipe, or can be suspended from its lead. The unique IC Controls “cushion mounted” pH electrode design is used with a large plug resistant, two-stage junction to give fast response and long life. The 602 is compatible with many existing installations, fittings and analyzers.

The IC Controls model 642 pH sensor is a low-cost solution to traditional leakage problems associated with submersible pH sensors. The sensor assembly is designed to work with the electronics package located in a junction box above the liquid level. The assembly is completely encapsulated and comes with a standard 3 meter (10 foot) lead. This setup achieves a reliability not previously associated with submersion pH measurement.
