A chemical-free technology delivering highly oxygenated water, free of impurities for improved crop strength and yield. Algae thrives in a pond because deposited organics and nutrients are only partially degraded on the pond`s bottom. The remainder of the nutrients and organics slowly rise into the water column, becoming the materials that give life to the algae. Once algae is present, it is difficult to eliminate. Failure to address this algal growth can negatively impact the health and diversity of the aquatic community, create odors and diminish aesthetics. Harsh metal additions (CUSO4) and other chemical herbicides provide only a partial solution, allowing algae to repopulate after a short recovery period.
