IRT designs and manufactures custom transformer rectifiers and associated products to meet the specific requirements of our clients. Our staff is always available to answer any questions you may have to ensure that the products you are specifying or considering will meet the needs of your particular Cathodic Protection application.

Our Engineering Sales and Services personnel are well versed in the application, functionality and operation of all IRT products and also many non-IRT manufactured products as well. If you find a rectifier problem while at the field site, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. We will be happy to help you troubleshoot the equipment and hopefully resolve the issue while you’re still on site. As many problems can appear to originate from the rectifier but are actually caused by other CP issues external to the rectifier, and while we’re not experts with all CP applications, we may be able to assist you with some of these external CP system related issues as well.

IRT offers comprehensive repair and testing services for most brands of Cathodic Protection transformer rectifiers and junction boxes. IRT stocks an extensive inventory of replacement components for quick turnaround of repairs. Further, replacement/retrofit parts and assemblies are often available for older rectifier models where the original manufacturer’s components are no longer available.

IRT specializes in the factory installation of customer specified or customer supplied third party components including remote monitoring units (RMU’s), built-in GPS interrupters, or SCADA transmitters. Factory installation eliminates costly and cumbersome field installation or retrofitting. The rectifier arrives on site ready for installation and commissioning.
