FibreLINE automates the entire preform process for the manufacture of composite structures. It provides a radical increase in the production rate for aerostructures, wind turbines, automotive parts, train carriages and more.

This product is able to form composite plies into double curvature surfaces making it ideal for laying up fuselage sections, wing skins or engine nacelles. It is perfectly able to achieve concave, convex and omega profiles. FibreFORM® is a Loop Technology patented designed system, containing an array of fixed pitch grippers which can be manipulated so as to generate a double curvature surface whilst the whole time staying perpendicular to the ply surface throughout.

FibreROLL is our scalable twin roller storage and deposition system for dry fibre composite plys. The tool picks and loads plys onto interchangeable storage rollers. This is combined with a vison system that monitors ply edges during layup for verification and positional correction.

This system is designed to deliver a process head into space restricted areas that are inaccessible for other automated deployment systems. Suitable tools include drills, fasteners, grippers, sealant dispensers and other various end effectors requiring high precision and accuracy.

IdentifEYE™ is an intelligent vision and robotic system. It accurately scans and applies labels to randomly shaped and positioned packages at a rate of up to 2,400 labels per hour.
