Pressure - Digital Pressure Gauges, Indicators

Model CPG1500 - Precision Digital Pressure Gauge

The model CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge takes the concept of an analogue gauge, and raises it to a level only matched by digital calibrators. The accuracy of digital measurement technology and the simplicity of an analogue gauge are combined together to create the digital pressure gauge CPG1500, which in terms of performance, ease-of-use, and instrument features, is unmatched in the pressure measurement market. Accuracy: The digital pressure gauge CPG1500 offers an accuracy of 0.1 % of span (optional 0.05 % of span) and is temperature-compensated in the range of -10 … +50 °C (14 ... 122 °F). Readings can be displayed in one of 26 pressure and 5 level units or also in customer-specific units, so that intricate conversions are avoided.

Model CPG-KITP - Pneumatic Service Kit

Application range: The CPG-KITP pneumatic service kit is the ideal tool for the pneumatic testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements or for the setting of pressure switches. These and other tests can take place quickly and reliably in the laboratory or workshop, or on site at the measuring point. With the service kit, service and maintenance are more complete, safer and more flexible. The kit is high-quality finish, handy and robust and is also suitable for service use. Components: The service kit consists of a pneumatic hand test pump for the generation of a defined test pressure and also a highly accurate model CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge as a reference instrument. Air is used as the pressure medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are carefully stowed in the case and protected for in-house transport.

Pressure - Pressure Controllers

Model CPC2000 - Portable Low-Pressure Controller

Application: The main applications for this instrument are in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, filtration, clean room, and medical technology as a calibrator or as highly-accurate measurement equipment and/or precise pressure transducer. Functionality: The model CPC2000 low-pressure controller is a mains or battery-operated pressure controller with internal, automatic pressure generation and pressure reference. The pressure generation is achieved using an integrated, electric pump, which makes a positive and/or negative pressure available on both the tube connections. As soon as the instrument is switched on, a zero-point adjustment is automatically carried out, so that a zero-point drift is eliminated.

Model CPC3050 - High-Speed Pressure Controller

The model CPC3050 high-speed pressure controller is designed with a primary focus on improving throughput in a manufacturing or calibration process. Offering pressure ranges as low as 0 ... 350 mbar [0 ... 5 psi] up to 210 bar [3,045 psi], the CPC3050 can be the solution for multiple applications. This controller can be configured as a desktop or as a 19" rack-mounting version. Capable of two internal reference sensors and a barometric reference, a single CPC3050 can provide a wide range of pressure control and also emulate both absolute or gauge pressure types. The removable sensors provide more flexibility for customer needs, whether it be spare sensors or various ranges.

Temperature

Model CTP5000 - Reference Thermometer

The reference thermometer CTP5000 provides a full range platinum resistance thermometers (PRTs) for use in every application from standards calibration to site temperature measurement. If the ‘off the shelf’ range will not suit the needs the thermometers can be supplied custom manufactured to almost any specification. WIKA also provide a range of standards resistors for use when calibrating platinum resistance thermometers. Using calibrated probes with a precise thermometer there is a choice between storing the calibration data into the memory of the instrument or if using ASL SMART probes for ease of convenience, the calibration is stored in an electronic memory chip located in the connector of the reference thermometer. Therefore moving the SMART probe between channels or instruments is easy as the calibration data is stored in the SMART-probe connector, no need to enter the calibration data into the instrument channel now being used.
