MinPlus is a sustainably produced highly reactive and temperature stable sorbent capable of scavenging acid compounds like chlorine and sulfur from hot flue-gases. The MinPlus sorbent is injected directly into the incinerator at high temperatures, resulting in the reduction of conventional chemicals’ consumption, boiler corrosion and boiler fouling.

MinPlus owns know-how and patented fluidized bed solutions that allow for the Controlled Thermal Conversion (CTC) of sludges with calorific values as low as 1.4 MJ/kg without the need for support fuel firing. Sludges range from deinked paper sludge to sewage sludge and can also include sludges from other industrial waste streams. The CTC process makes the best out of your sludge, and not just energy.

Corrosion, fouling and flues-gas cleaning all benefit from treatment as early upstream in the process as possible. Our high temperature solutions are ideal to achieve this target, opening a wide range of opportunities to improve the entire plant performance and its economics.
