PerMix - Model Ribbon Mixer - High-Quality Ribbon Mixers and Blenders
PerMix Ribbon Mixers lead the industry in technology, performance, and value. PerMix Ribbon Mixers are available in two types, Horizontal Ribbon Mixers and Vertical Ribbon Mixers. Both our Horizontal Ribbon Mixers as well as our Vertical Ribbon Mixers are available in capacities from 1 liter to 30,000 liters, and have options that are endless. The PerMix Ribbon Mixer models, part of our powder mixers collection, are efficient and versatile blending machines for mixing of dry powders, granules and viscous pastes homogeneously. Our ribbon mixers are able to give a satisfying “homogeneity grade” for mixing various jobs due to the special design of a mixing agitator with dual ribbons. Our ribbon mixers are available in size ranges from 1 liter to 30,000 liters and larger if needed.

PerMix Paddle Mixer models, part of our powder mixers collection, are high-efficiency mixers that provide a no/low shear effect on ingredients why aggressively mixing. Paddle mixers are one of the most diverse mixers available as they can be used for blending dry, powdery, granular, fibrous, and moist solids and liquids together with pasty products up to and including highly viscous products. PerMix Paste Mixers
PerMix - Double Planetary Mixers
The PerMix Double Planetary Mixers are also called double planetary kneader, because it can be used to handle very viscous materials up to 1,500,000 cPs. The PerMix Double Planetary Mixer is engineered with two blades that rotate, while they orbit the mix vessel (also known as bowl) on a common axis. The mixer bowl may be jacketed for circulation of heating or cooling media, perfect for cook & chill applications as well as volatile mixing where reactions occur and precise temperature control is needed. The double planetary mixer can be designed for operation under pressure or vacuum.
PerMix - High Speed Dispersion Mixer
PerMix High Speed Dispersion Mixers / High Speed Dispersers (or Dissolver) is ideally designed to meet the demands of a broad spectrum of industrial applications for dispersing purpose of solid or liquid materials into liquid body. PerMix High Speed Dispersion Mixers / High Speed Disperser (or Dissolver) works with the powerful high speed rotation of the saw disc impeller. Liquid or solid materials are subject to the high shear force at the periphery of the saw disc when the impeller is rotating at highspeed, and they are dispersed quickly and efficiently into the liquid body, after short time, homogeneous dispersion is produced.

PerMix Vacuum Deaerators can handle numerous processes including (but not limited) the manufacture of food products, cosmetics and chemicals amongst others, need to avoid air oxidation to ensure a correct preservation or application. End products can be mentioned, such as sauces, fruit pulp, cosmetic creams, syrups, PVC dispersions, lubricants, car polish, shower gels, paraffin and penicillin emulsions, ice creams, adhesives, etc. Processing of liquid products often incorporates air and unwanted gases into the product. These gases normally cause problems such as oxidation, discoloration, inconsistency, bad smell and filling difficulties. The PerMix PDA Continuous Vacuum Deaerator is a totally compact sanitary device designed for the continuous automatic removal of air or other occluded gases from any type of liquid or paste, by means of vacuum.
