ProcessBarron's airfoil fans are engineered for efficiency and durability in handling air, gases, dust, and materials. Designed to withstand abrasive and dusty environments, these fans feature solid nose pieces and welded internal stiffeners for structural rigidity. Full penetration welds to the back plate and shroud maximize the blade section modulus, ensuring longevity. Our fans are made from robust materials like Hastelloy, ASTM 36, A514/A517 high strength carbon steels, and exotic alloys, ideal for high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive settings. Performance-rated to AMCA standards, each fan undergoes rigorous testing for rotating assembly operation, rotor resonance, and overall performance. Options include flanged inlets/outlets, access doors, shaft/bearing/belt guards, spark-resistant construction, extended life bearings, special coatings, silencers, and insulation, offering flexible solutions to minimize operating costs.
ProcessBarron - AMCA Rated Forward Curved Fan
ProcessBarron's forward curved fans are meticulously performance rated per AMCA standards, ensuring optimal efficiency and durability. These fans undergo rigorous testing for rotating assembly operation (ANSI standards), rotor resonance properties, and overall performance. Designed for industrial applications, they effectively handle air, gases, dust, and materials. The forward curved fan's performance curve features dual peak pressure points, offering high efficiency. However, they are unsuitable for applications where material accumulation could cause imbalance. Fabricated from robust materials like Hastelloy, ASTM 36, high-strength carbon steels (A514/A517), and exotic alloys, these fans withstand high temperatures, pressures, and corrosive environments. Available accessories include inlet/outlet dampers, expansion joints, access doors, standard NEMA motors, spark-resistant construction, extended life bearings, special coatings, silencers, and insulation.

Parallel Blade Louver Dampers are available for open-close service, fixed flow balance control, and for use as a variable control damper at the inlet box of a fan to pre-spin the air entering the fan wheel.

ProcessBarron's Flow Diverter Dampers are essential for efficient heat recovery systems, directing gas flow to either a waste heat recovery system or a bypass mode through a silencer or stack. Engineered with a single end pivoted blade, these dampers ensure precise control of gas flow between two damper outlets. Our turbine exhaust diverter dampers come fully equipped with two dampers, T-duct sections, expansion joints, and fail-safe damper actuators. Manufactured and assembled in our Alabama facilities, each custom flow diverter damper undergoes rigorous in-house testing before shipping. Servicing dust collectors often involves the replacement of existing internal dust collector parts with in-kind pieces.
