Pronal has high-performance IT resources, including SOLIDWORKS and CATIA softwares, together with laboratory and test facilities for the conduct of experiments and the modelling of products.

Pronal has a technical after-sales service team comprised of engineers and technicians with multiple and comprehensive skills in fields including mechanical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity and civil engineering. Our staff teams can undertake complete on-site installation (set-up), and can also provide recommendations for installation and start-up, technical support after start-up (maintenance and after-sales service), or repairs. These services are intended to provide appropriate and effective support for the trouble-free use of Pronal products in their operating environment. Pronal has staff who are available to undertake operations on 5 continents.
