The Bauer SX 1000 slurry pump is suited to larger farmers and contractors, who require a high performance pump to supply today’s ever longer umbilical systems. It has a minimum power requirement of 150hp and is supplied complete with hydraulic primer or optional auto primer, six inch inlet, four inch outlet with gate valve and compressor coupling. All mounted on a heavy duty 3-point linkage galvanised frame with a heavy duty PTO shaft.

TRAMSPREAD Engine driven pump units can be made to individual requirements and specifications. Options - include radio control, flow meters, skid mounted units.

The Bauer long shaft pump is the ideal solution for short distance transfer i.e. from reception pit to larger store or to feed a separator. The stirring nozzle with large swivel range offers enormous stirring performance, breaking up even extremely thick and viscous floating crusts in no time. The pump chops up all solids and stringy materials and mixes them to a homogenous pulp.  Bauer long shaft pumps are available with electric drive (LE) or tractor driven (LP).

TRAMSPREAD 1000m and 600m Random Wrap Hose Reelers are designed for use with front or rear tractor linkage. The 600m version has a detachable spool which is easily and quickly removed from the heavy duty and robust carrying frame by removing two securing pins, lowering the reel to the ground and moving away. One frame can serve several spools. The spool is rotated by a heavy duty motor and gear drive powered hydraulically from the tractor, giving a positive and controlled recovery and laying out of the hose with no over-run. A large trough in the centre of the spool is used for easy loading of drag hose and couplings.

TRAMSPREAD Heavy Duty Trailed Hose Reelers are available in I500m, 1800m and 2000m capacity with galvanised reels holding 4 inch or 5 inch drag hose. A twin hydraulic drive version is also available to carry up to 1600m of 6 inch drag hose. Reelers are hydraulically operated from both tractor and reeler to allow controlled recovery and laying out with no over-run. Standard wheels and tyres 550/60 x 22.5

After many years of contracting and trialling many makes of polyurethane and nitrile rubber drag hose, TRAMSPREAD recommend the use of GOLLMER & HUMMEL and SNAP-TITE hose.

Available in spread widths from 8m (single outlet) up to 24m (triple outlet), the TRAMSPREAD spread nozzle applicators are built to a high quality and are fully galvanised. With attention to setting of height and output angle on the twin outlet boom it is possible to produce a spread pattern with a coefficient of variation of below 20% in the field. A low level spread with large droplets ensures even distribution of slurry. Reduced drift eliminates environmental nuisance caused by smell.

The TRAMSPREAD 6m Dribble/12m Twin nozzle spread Combination Bar is one machine capable of performing two duties.

The Krohne Optiflux is the first step in flow monitoring. It can be fitted in the pipeline either close to the pump or on the applicator. It has two totalizers which can be reset and shows the flow rate, normally in cubic metres per hour.
