WTR Solutions Fine Bubble Diffusion Aerator changes the average livestock manure tank or lagoon into an aerobic waste treatment system. This system, which installs easily into your existing facility, uses dissolved oxygen to break down sludge and reduce odor problems associated with conventional methods. The Grimesland Swine Farm in Greenville, North Carolina, runs at a capacity of 400 finish hogs weekly. The fifteen year old, ten foot deep lagoon had settled sludge to a depth of five feet. The lagoon odor was the source of frequent complaints. The installation of three Fine Bubble Diffusion Units showed immediate results.

A large canning operation in Eastern Iowa had a one million gallon industrial waste lagoon filled to capacity with 100% sludge. The high strength waste consists of the byproducts of canned meat production, i.e. grease, fat, and vegetable matter. The installation of four WTR Units showed immediate results.
