Aquatic Sciences - Research Across Boundaries, published by Birkhäuser Verlag AG and the Swiss Federal Institute for Environmental Science and Technology (EAWAG), is a new and exciting forum for the rapid publication of research from all areas of basic and applied aquatic sciences, including Aquatic Chemistry, Aquatic Ecology, Aquatic Physics, Biogeochemistry, Fishery Sciences, Hydrology, Microbial Ecology, and Water Policy. Studies from both freshwater and marine systems will be published.
