This unique system automates composite sampling of tanks, non-pressurized pipes, sumps, open channels and sewers, and facilitates monitoring of effluent for environmental regulatory compliance. Inherently explosion-proof, and self-cleaning, it uses compressed air (no pumps; no vacuum system) to move samples up high lifts (more than 79 feet/24 metres vertically) and over long runs (more than 98 feet/30 metres horizontally), even in freezing temperatures. The controller for this Simpler Sampler can be located far from the sampling site, and can collect from multiple sites simultaneously. Lines are blown clear and dry after each sample. Users program the system to sample based on time or by a flow meter. Manual samples can be called in at any time without affecting the normal sampling interval. The sampler can be customized for each application. For example, the sampler head is available in aluminum, stainless steel and PVC, to accommodate specific pH levels. A compressor is supplied, if otherwise unavailable at the site. This versatile sampler helps municipal and industrial plants monitor process slurries and effluent - simply and reliably.
