MedChemExpressModel 1,4-Dimethoxybenzene -150-78-7

SHARE
1,4-Dimethoxybenzene is an endogenous metabolite. 1,4-Dimethoxybenzene has an anti-anxiety effect, increasing atherogenic index (AI) levels in rabbits and inducing sedentary behavior. Sedentary behavior may increase blood cholesterol levels and disrupt blood lipids[1].1,4-Dimethoxybenzene considers to be not clastogenic in the in vivo micronucleus test[2].

Description:1,4-Dimethoxybenzene is an endogenous metabolite. 1,4-Dimethoxybenzene has an anti-anxiety effect, increasing atherogenic index (AI) levels in rabbits and inducing sedentary behavior. Sedentary behavior may increase blood cholesterol levels and disrupt blood lipids. 1,4-Dimethoxybenzene considers to be not clastogenic in the in vivo micronucleus test.

In Vivo:1,4-Dimethoxybenzene has anti-anxiety effects and increases AI levels, causing sedentary behavior. In rabbits model (0.6mg/dl, 1.8mg/dl; i.g.) sedentary behavior may increase blood cholesterol levels and disrupt blood lipids and could not improve lipid profile of lipid-lowering rabbits[1]. 1,4-Dimethoxybenzene (0, 2000 mg/kg; i.g.) considered to be not clastogenic in the in vivo micronucleus test[2].
