The special feature of these profile bending machines is the free adjustment of the lateral distances of the bending rollers. This allows the operator to form any highly complex profile with ideal force application in order to minimize unwanted deformations or to generate large bending moments.
The PRV 4-roll profile bending machine from HAEUSLER enables a flexible adjustment to different profile types and material thicknesses thanks to its variable geometry of the side bending rolls. This allows for optimal control of the bending process and adaptation to specific requirements.
A large distance between the side bending rolls reduces the required bending forces by distributing the force application over a larger area.
