The BioArc Ultra is designed to meet the growing demand for large-scale, automated sample storage at -80°C, providing an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solution. Utilizing the Mirai Intex cooling system, it employs natural R729 refrigerant from clean air to eliminate carbon emissions. This new refrigeration technology ensures compliance with environmental regulations, offering sustainable cooling through air recirculation. The system provides the highest storage density in the market, accommodating up to three times more samples than traditional manual freezers. This results in a 73% reduction in freezer floor space requirements. The Strata Store Controller Software offers an intuitive interface for tracking and reporting, and APIs enable seamless integration with external laboratory information management systems (LIMS). The BioArc Ultra supports various labware formats, making it versatile for different laboratory workflows. It features low-wear systems and an LN2 emergency cooling backup for reliable operation. The system operates with up to 77% less power than comparable models, providing significant energy savings and maximizing capacity with minimal operational costs.
