Description:Blinatumomab (Anatumomab) is a bispecific monoclonal antibody with two binding sites, one for CD3E on T cells and one for CD19 on B cells. Blinatumomab can be used in research for acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

In Vivo:Blinatumomab (0.01-1 μg, i.v. once daily for 5 days) extended the survival of mice in a dose-dependent manner in a leukemic nonobese diabetic SCID mouse model[1].
