EUT MBR is an advanced MBR module developed on the base of inner-reinforced hollow fibre membranes. - Higher Strength, stronger membrane anti-peeling performance: the hollow fiber membrane consists of inner PET braid and outer functional PVDF layer. The fibre tension strength is more than 100.0MPa and the peeling strength is more than 1.0MPa, which completely solves the deformation of the hollow fiber of the membrane modules. Problems like fibre break, membrane peel off have been solved to great extent and therefore the stability of water quality is ensured.
- The membrane modules can be transported and stored in dry condition: permanent hydrophilic modification together with high porosity (over 60%) of the membrane module leads to higher water permeation and higher operating flux as well as dry-condition transport and storage.
- Higher flux and long-life: due to the fact of the larger permeable pores and single layer of the membrane, the deposition of the solids and soluble microbial organic substance (SMP) on the membrane is reduced leading to stable membrane flux and less membrane fouling. The life time of EUT MBR membrane modules is more than 5 years.
- Low cost with excellent performance. Modules can stand high-pressure backwashing, which limit the formation of cake layer in the membrane surface and therefore extend the interval time of chemical cleaning.
