QVA - Model M01335 -Aerosol Generator

The M01335 generator is ideal for testing larger systems where a thermal style generator is typically required. In addition to large systems, the unit is equipped with a secondary nozzle for ease in challenging smaller systems where the control of output concentrations can be difficult for higher output units. Our work is currently focused on producing low output generators that enable the stable production of liquid aerosols from less than 0.02 μg/liter in 100 cfm of air to concentrations on the order of 0.02 μg/liter in 75,000 cfm of air (equivalent to 15 μg/liter in 100 cfm).  These generators are ideal for use with the Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions ScanAir Pro which is designed for scanning HEPA/ULPA filters for leak detection and sizing.
