CleanLeaf - Model Clean Room Series -Air Purification System
The CleanLeaf Clean Room Series is engineered for cultivators requiring advanced air purification solutions. These units, equipped with a powerful blower capable of 1000 - 2000 CFM, channel air through a V-Bank HEPA filter designed to remove 99.99% of airborne contaminants, ensuring medical-grade clean air for plants. The design features a robust 16-gauge, cold-rolled steel cabinet with a reflective polyurethane finish for durability. Access to the filters is facilitated by a hinged, locking door. The purification involves a three-stage filtration process: an initial pleated pre-filter with MERV 10 rating, a MERV 15 bag filter, and a high-capacity HEPA filter. The pre-filter and bag filter require replacement every 3 months and 6 to 12 months, respectively, while the HEPA filter has a lifespan of up to 2 years. CleanLeaf offers a two-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects, but excludes labor and freight, requiring inspection before claims are approved.
