Model Series M 5600 C -AQUAprocessor
AQUAprocessor series M 5600 C is unit built with main CPU (central processor unit) and can be expanded through various other extension modules, as to the system. It is designed to control the process values on water plants, swimmingpools, waste water plants or in industry. Regulation cabinet can be configured for manual or automatic output monitoring. The monitored data can be transmitted to a scada PC or other control system.
- easy to assemble
- easy user-unit communication
- communication with PC and scada software
- self-control and indication of faults
- expandable and system adaptable (multipoint dosing)
- data history and digital communication
Regulation cabinet can be expanded with : analog input modules, analog output modules, digital input modules, digital output modules and motor modules. User can communicate with the CPU via control panel with display and keyboard or through the notebook or PC with scada software.
- AQUAprocessor can be designed for dosing and control of chlorine to a water supply via an electronicaly-controlled motor valve type M 3521 C
- AQUAprocessor can also be designed to control different parameters in one or more swimmingpools such as free chlorine, pH, redox and temperature.
- AQUAprocessor can also be used for different applications in industry.
Aquaprocessors series M 5600 C are microprocessor controllers built up around main CPU unit, designed for dosing and control of chlorine gas to a water supply on the basis of residual chlorine in water or water flow, and on the basis of combinaton of both values - water flow and residual chlorine in the water. The dosing of chlorine gas follows through electronicaly controlled motor valve. Chlorine gas in the air can also be monitored if the probe for detection of chlorine gas in the air is connected to the Aquaprocessor. Different inputs, like empty cylinder and no ejector pump signal, can be connected to the unit. The unit can easily be expanded and can control up to three dosing points, with on-request made project even more dosing points can be controlled with one unit. The unit can be connected to a PC via digital communication.
Regulation types
Available are flow-proportional controller, residual chlorine controller and combination of flow-proportional and residual chlorine controller in one unit. The proper regulation for each individual system can easily be set on the field. The electronicaly controlled motor valve is driven through PID regulator at all types of controllers.
