Kinex - Model Relia-Cap -Automatic Capping Machine

The Relia-Cap can be used with a cap feeder installed upstream of the Relia-Cap to preplace the caps onto the bottles, or an operator can preplace the caps onto the bottles. A conveyor and cap feeder are not included with the Relia-Cap.

The capping heads installed on the Relia-Cap automatic bottle capping machine are the same capping heads installed on our SA™ capping machines. These capping heads have a long and well-respected track record for delivering precision torque control and repeatable torque accuracy. The torque output is easily adjustable by rotating an external torque dial. We will custom build your capping head to match the torque requirements of the caps you will be tightening. Optional oil-free capping heads, stainless steel capping heads or exhaust capture capping heads are also available.
